Social Media Manager & Marketing/BD Intern 【Must in NYC]

The NYC-based and fastest-growing social app Hula - Never Go To Events Alone is looking for a Social Media Manager intern to help manager our social media account(instagram, facebook and tiktok) + build partnerships with local NYC vendors. You will experience the culture of a fast growing startup. We expect the intern to start late Dec during the winterbreak.

Founded by Linkedin, Google, Expedia, HBO, USC & UPenn alumni, HULA is a mobile app that helps like-minded individuals connect with one another for all kinds of events. Hula was started from the realization that young adults love going to all kinds of events/conventions and how difficult it could be to find companion to go with.

As frequent event-goers ourselves, we believe that genuine connections are built upon shared experiences, something that current meetup and dating apps can’t provide. Hula offers a variety of local cultural events, recommends them to users based on their event interests and matches them with individuals or groups.

What Are We Looking For:

• Reliable individual that are passionate about our startup mission and values
• Great communication skills and organizational skills to coordinate between engineers, stake holders and users
• Past social media account experience preferred.
• Willing to build social media presence
• Passionate for hosting events
• Extrovert, Not afraid of meeting strangers

Compensation:
