The Role

RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for a mid-senior level Account Executive. You will be an integral part of building out processes and strategy for the mid-market sales side of the organization. The addressable market for this role is huge, and the right salesperson will be able to dive in, execute, and create structure in a quickly growing sales environment.

What You Get To Do

  • Effectively distill and deliver the RocketReach value proposition, demonstrating RocketReach’s product, integrations, and features via product demonstrations
  • Have strong outbounding experience with the ability to cold-call
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if RocketReach can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
  • Overcome concerns and both business and technical roadblocks
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Help shape and define processes used for efficient sales and team collaboration

We are Looking For People Who

  • Ideally have 3-5 years of B2B Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Strong skills across Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Workspace
  • Technology savvy and prior experience with a technical sell
  • A consultative sell is an innate skill of yours
  • A top producer in your current role, and want quantifiable sales goals on a quarterly basis
  • Are excited to be a part of and have an impact on a rapidly growing, profitable startup
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, and product to introduce and educate clients on new enhancements to RocketReach's platform
