Head of Acquisitions

• Work directly with the CEO to define and direct an acquisition strategy;
• Wear many hats across the organization, including, but not limited to: sourcing, due diligence, integration and optimization.
• Manage pipeline and relationships with external third parties: business brokers, management teams and diligence teams
• Leverage your superpowers to build the business out

• Candidates will have held senior IB or PE or acquisition roles and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be nimble across organizational requirements
• Tangible experiences problem solving and developing, delivering and executing new investments
• Experience quickly evaluating opportunities, analyze and provide recommendations
• Ability to collaborate across the organization to achieve goals and track progress
• Leaders who will help define best practices and prepare to scale the acquisitions team.
