Salesforce Practice Leader for Startup Consultancy
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technologist to help build a new Salesforce-partner consulting practice focused on delivering custom solutions and managed services.

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a startup consulting business and receive a meaningful equity stake in the business.

Our company serves US-based customers using a hybrid on-shore/off-shore delivery model.

As our Salesforce Technology Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Technical sales support. Providing credibility and creative technical thinking to help us close new business opportunities.
• Scoping and delivery oversight. Help us size engagements by translating business requirements into technical specifications and statements of work (SOW). Provide technical guidance and oversight to delivery teams.
• Technical hiring. Guide and lead us in hiring the right people to build a world-class Salesforce delivery team.

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications and experience.

• Entrepreneurial mindset. You like to start new things and build from scratch.
• Salesforce consulting experience. You have 8+ years of consulting experience working as a technical leader at a Salesforce-partner business.
• Implementation team management. You have successfully managed teams delivering Salesforce implementations, custom solutions, and managed services.
• Salesforce certifications. You have several certifications and are comfortable mentoring junior staff to earn their certifications.
• Programming experience. You are comfortable with hands-on programming in multiple languages including at least one of: Apex, Visualforce, or Force.com.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
