Job Description We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing person who will be in our lead business developer. You will be working both independently and collaboratively in a young, dynamic start up team to drive the business with your meticulous organisational skills and positive attitude. As a Business Development intern you will be sourcing new leads, generating interest, and broadcasting what the business delivers successfully, resulting in new clients. In return we will coach and develop your skills and ensure you are integral to our small but growing team.

*Responsibilities: *
- CRM Management: Research prospects, qualify them and help bring new leads by identifying opportunities. Continually find ways to improve pipeline management and the sales process;
- Pool Management: Be responsible for our pool of cold and warm leads. Manage prospects independently and conduct outreach campaings to generate meetings through emails and linkedin
- Marketing and Research: Occasionally assist the Marketing team update Sales &Marketing documents or conduct Market research studies for our Sales Strategy Research;
- Assist the Team in daily tasks: participate in business meetings and calls, help prepare meetings and assist in the negotiation and contractual phases, prepare material keep track of sales KPIs;
We are looking for:
- • Smart Cookie: Excellent bachelor’s/ master’s degree from a reputable university
- • Great Communication: Confidence in communication and a persuasive and engaging writing style
- • Analytics lover: use of excel / data / details oriented
- • Fast Learner & Self-Starter: Ability to learn quickly and get stuck-in
- • Positive Character: Looking for the up-side, a team player with drive, conscientious with a strong hands-on mentality.
- • English Speaker: English language native/fluent, other languages are a plus
- • Professional Experience/ Internships: Ideal candidates will have some experience of B2B Marketing/ Consulting/ Investment Banking/
