We are seeking a seasoned senior HR manager to join our growing team in the New York location to work with the management team on driving recruitment and organizational growth. You will be the primary point of contact for the Human Resource department with major focus on recruiting & onboarding and training, while providing key management support on other HR areas such as performance management, benefits & compensation, employee relationship, etc.

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the leadership team to manage the entire talent lifecycle - talent planning, role scoping, recruiting, onboarding, training and development, ongoing coaching and feedback, and off-boarding. Critically, your role will be instrumental to supporting all functions to accomplish their objectives with greater transparency and consistency, especially in the high growth phase.
- Support each department head(s) in the development of talent pipeline requirements in line with their function/business strategies and drive the recruitment to meet the firm growth objectives.
- Build, lead, and coach high-performing HR operations professionals to design, develop and implement the critical components, processes, and procedures in support of the talent life cycle.
- Provide ongoing support for the administration of the payroll, benefits program, and immigration processes.
- Proactively identify potential human resources policy or program changes and recommend alternative practices to the appropriate Human Resource area.
- Advise managers on local employment practices and compliance with local, state, and federal employment law; maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging employment legislation and codes of practice
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor or advanced degree training and/or certification in Human Resources or similar majors.
- You have 5-10 years of experience in Human Resource function, particularly as a business partner supporting financial service organizations and ideally have led recruiting, team development and main HR functions.
- 5 years experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Broad knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, employee relationship, and diversity, etc.
- Proven experience to develop, implement and manage high-quality HR processes with measurable results. Exhibits a strong drive for results and brings issues to closure. Takes ownership and accountability for results.
- Prior experience in implementing and supporting enterprise HR management platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills related to prioritizing and executing timely deliverables within timeline, scope and budget.
- Ability to understand business needs to drive consensus among business leaders to enable transformation and advance strategic priorities while building rapport and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a positive attitude, and strong professional ethics; ability to communicate effectively and work with confidential and sensitive information at all levels of a large, complex organization.
- Prior Experience with financial institutions/fintech/crypto startups is a plus.
