Human Resources Consultant

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our team for a strategic analysis project with Agency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workforce planning and talent management, particularly in technical fields such as construction and facilities management.

Responsibilities:

Analyze staffing needs within Agency’s Construction and Technical Services and Facilities Maintenance divisions.
Develop strategies for recruitment, retention, and talent management.
Assess the potential for outsourcing services where hiring is not feasible.
Collaborate with the Organizational Development Specialist to ensure recommendations align with organizational goals.
Provide recommendations on workforce planning and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR consulting, particularly within the public sector.
Strong knowledge of workforce planning and talent management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
