Sales Analyst

About the role:
As Kocomo's Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for new lead generation to create sales opportunities. Your role would include timely inbound lead response, outbound calling and email prospecting. This role demands a relentless customer focus and the ability to build relationships throughout the selling process. The right person for this role will inspire customers to action while having a positive impact on customer success and directly drive sales results. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and will be expected to go above and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Guide potential buyers through the early stages of the sales cycle
  • Increase buyer engagement through effective and consistent value-added outreach
  • High volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns
  • Effectively qualify leads
  • Partner with your sales partners to grow pipeline of potential buyers
  • Identify and develop sales channels through cold outreach
  • Consistently maintain and track prospects through accurate CRM management
  • Update leadership and provide detailed customer feedback

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience
  • Track record of sales outperformance
  • Real Estate Experience
