Engagement Manager

Work closely with the Co-Founders in the fast paced world of management/strategy consulting! As a member of the Untangle Health Team, you will play an instrumental role in helping established technology companies expand into the healthcare market.

As an Analyst at Untangle Health, you will:

1. Drive client engagements from start to finish, including development of project approach, development of custom frameworks, management of client interactions and relationships, completion of relevant research, and development of documentation for project delivery.
2. Lead aspects of Untangle Health's operational processes around both building the business and building the organization (e.g. internal operations, business development, marketing, process improvement, ongoing development & learning, etc.).
3. Complete competitive assessments, consumer research, and financial analysis
4. Develop presentations and other documents for senior client leaders by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources
5. Leverage problem solving skills to develop solutions to business problems

• 5-7 years of management consulting experience
• A demonstrated interest in both the technology and business aspects of healthcare
• Previous financial valuation experience a plus (forecasting, financial modeling, due diligence assessment)
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop content independently and prioritize work with limited supervision
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative
• Ability to quickly pivot in thought-processes and prioritize multiple tasks
• Enjoys working in fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages in written and verbal communications
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
