Founding Engineer (on-site)

Adapt Insurance is building the API for Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. Today agencies and insurtech startups alike navigate hundreds of different data sources and proprietary workflows to manage their day-to-day operations. We are the unifying layer for the P&C insurance, and will be the platform that launches the next wave of technology in a $1.6T global industry.

We are seeking founding engineers excited about owning the design and implementation of a robust, API-driven product and playing a foundational role in the formation of the company. Experience with browser automation/similar businesses in other domains (Plaid, HumanAPI, Segment) or API-driven companies is a huge plus but not necessary.

This will be a critical role not just on the technology side of the business, but also in defining the team culture and is a great opportunity for first-hand experience in the earliest phases of building a startup.

We’ve raised seed funding from great investors, and are offering competitive comp on both the cash and equity side.
