Software Engineer (Full-stack or Backend)

With a strategic partnership with a large SaaS company, and a growing list of happy customers, we're seeking a unique Machine Learning Engineer to join our founding team. Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced and motivated full-stack and backend software engineers to help with all aspects of building an industry transforming solution. If you’re interested in building a robust, scalable, and production-grade system that can integrate with ticketing and product platforms, applying off the shelf machine learning to derive insights from different data sources, we should connect.

• Author server-side code in Python and Node.js
• Architect data flow from client to server to database and back
• Architect and build messaging queues and generate real time insights from different data sources
• Build APIs according to specs
• Create libraries that enable modular, extensible design
• Build integrations to various third party cloud applications/web services

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in production software engineering in Java, Node.js, Python, or Golang
• Experience with building/operating distributed systems. Production experience in the public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Extended usage of monitoring platforms (datadog, prometheus, etc)
• Superior communication skills
