Following the continued success Nodes Advisors has experienced in providing Healthcare technology Research to institutional investors, VCs and Corporate companies, our Research team is looking to hire additional venture fellow to help with our significant growth plans in the coming years.

In support of an ambitious expansion plan in Asia, anchored by a new R&D and business center in Singapore, the company is seeking for a Business Development Global Director to join their team. Being part of the pioneer team, you will lead the effort in scouting for potential pharma assets within the therapeutic focus of the company to in-license and managing the negotiation process to successful closure.

What We Envision The Role To Be
Leading global in-licensing of new pharmaceutical assets
Scouting / generating leads for new assets, molecules, and compounds
Conducting cross-functional screening, evaluation, and due-diligence of such assets
Evaluating IP terms and protections, particularly versus competing alternatives
Negotiating key commercial terms and closing the contract

What We Hope To Find In You
3+ years experience in pharma asset in-licensing BD roles
Track record of completed in-licensing deals in pharma industry
Strong strategic and commercial mind-set
Exceptional collaborative skills, fostering a culture of learning, communication, and teamwork
Familiarity with therapeutic area a plus: immunology, metabolism, age-related diseases, cardiovascular diseases, CNS
