Technical Community Manager

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Events

• Build and manage relationships with validators, researchers in both local and international communities, as well as validator focused groups - using social media and other communication channels.
• Help expand Polygon's social community presence and drive social engagement through technical content (tweets, posts, webinars, community halls etc.)
• Design and execute validator focused events and conferences.
• Organize and manage validator community programs that foster collaboration, mentorship, and the expansion of the Polygon brand.
• Run periodic surveys to better understand Crowd sentiment to help design and drive researcher focused initiatives.
• Provide basic researcher coaching and support to help immediate validators/partners conflicts and assist internal teams in addressing research related questions and issues.
• Engage with the validator community to ensure everyone is apprised for the recent and future updates.
• Solve technical issues communicated by the validator community

Requirement :

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience/strong knowledge in blockchain technology and crypto space is preferred.
• Should be good in communication skills.
