This position is for our ALPHA TEAM. This is the team behind our large project builds, like TalkStock, SalesRaja, FlashField, Sputnik, Apollo, WonUpIt, and Tribepod, to name a few. Bravo Team handles our smaller projects, which is mostly focused on design, web development and business process automation.

Who you are:

• A curious mind, always asking for more; takes ownership of there work
• Self-motivated, learning on the job, executing rapidly
• Obsessed with user centric work flows and related data design
• Experience working with Node.js
• 2+ years of experience building web products
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field. If you do not have a degree, you may still be considered in extraordinary circumstances

What we expect you to do:

• Build epic products with global reach
• Maintain and improve our existing products
• Create test strategies and implement them for all our existing products
• Understand our whole ecosystem of products
• Work with the Engineering Team, to create decisive plans for efficient results
• Work with Bravo Team to figure out quick resolutions to any problem they face
• Work with the Design Team to define User Workflows
• Work with Frontend Team, to understand there requirement of APIs and deliver that
• Maintain GIT repos with descriptive commits, using industry best standards
• Maintain your workload using Kan-ban boards for sprint management
• Maintain all documentation using Notion
• Be stack agnostic and work with the leading tools and providers which are required depending on product requirements
• Be a part of the team in terms of decision making, product direction, and vision

While we are Stack Agnostic when building new products, our current products do need some domain level expertise

Required Knowledge Stack (or similar):

• Node.js
• Typescript
• Nest Js framework
• Any SQL flavour
• Mongo DB
• Auth (N+Z)
• REST principles
• Docker / Podman / OCI

Bonus Skill Stack:

• PHP and any of its frameworks (Laravel preferred)
• Familiarity with Postgres
• Oauth 2.0
• AWS/Azure/GCP or any VM hosts such as Hetzner/OVH Cloud/Digital Ocean/Linode/etc.
