PartRunner is a new on-demand delivery service focused on revolutionizing the Trades. The company specializes in catering to the niche market of supply houses within the HVAC, Plumbing, Electric and Construction sectors of the industry.
PartRunner is looking for a hands-on leader who wants to revolutionize the industry by owning operations planning and execution.
The Operations Manager will develop and execute on launch plans, with a constant eye on service quality and overall operational excellence. As an Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Operations for PartRunner, and work together to shape the vision and execution for the PartRunner expansion in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as contribute to success and learnings in additional markets, through the contribution to playbooks, organization capabilities and advising with on-the-ground execution
Responsibilities:
• Plan the launch and day-to-day operational strategy for PartRunner’s service offering in Western MA and Rhode Island
• Create playbooks, metrics and contingency plans to govern day-to-day operations
• Synthesize market feedback and recommendations for PartRunner business, product and development teams
• Liaise with our public relations and marketing teams to address market-specific issues surrounding launch and execution
• Build, maintain and monitor reports, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate performance
Experience & Skills:
• 1+ years of operations or strategy experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a get-it-done attitude
• Experience managing and working with team-members possessing a wide variety of skills and roles
• Quantitative by nature and obsessed with process improvement
• Experience working cross-functionally across organizations
