Growth and Social Media Manager for DeFi Platform

Plasma.Finance is looking for a Growth and Social Media Manager to join its marketing team.

About the role

• Develop and implement social media strategy to responsibly and rapidly grow an overall audience of DeFi enthusiasts and traders
• Manage all Plasma.Finance social media accounts, ensuring their engagement and growth
• Use a growth hacking mindset to grow the project - find, attract, convert, and keep quality engaged audiences in an efficient and effective way
• Report social media analytics and provide recommendations
• Develop creative content ideas and assist with content creation
• Monitor competitors’ social media accounts as well as research industry trends and best practices
• Ensure that the content and social media accounts contribute to our community growth
• Research and identify potential ambassadors, partners, and influencers on different social media platforms

About you

• An active social media user - especially on platforms preferred by crypto users such as Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit
• Have prior experience in content management, growth marketing, and social media management
• Are familiar with the DeFi landscape and certain level of understanding of the technical aspects of crypto
• Have strong English writing, editing, and communication skills
• Are self-motivated and thrive in a startup environment
• Feel comfortable working with remote teams
