Role:

Scalenut is looking to add a Product Manager to its core team. The person would be a part of the core leadership team of Scalenut and would work directly with the founders. It’s an opportunity to build a large global brand for professional services and completely redefine how work is done today.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define, Own and Manage Product Roadmap and Strategy jointly along with other teams
• Manage multiple stakeholders on day to day basis, prioritize their requirements and keep them updated with the latest releases
• Work with Technology team to solve business and strategic problem statements
• Manage end to end product design and user experience
• Own quality of the product along with performance and availability of the same, coordinate with QA and Technology teams for the same
• Work closely with marketing and business teams to define GTM strategy

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience of managing a full stack team
• Entrepreneurial and self driven with multi tasking ability and out of box thinking
• Knowledge of using right technology tools to improve processes and conversions
• Capability to build and manage large teams
• Process creation and management
• Fluent written and spoken English

Education and Experience

• Tier 1 / 2 college (with or without MBA)
• 2+ years of experience in B2B Product Space - a proven track record
• SaaS experience preferred
• Understanding of most recent technology trends is a plus
