Senior Technical Project Manager

Cloudfinch is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager for our suite of SaaS products. Cloudfinch builds software to streamline business processes and improve workflow.

The right candidate will have demonstrated solid leadership in guiding teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. This candidate is expected to perform using best practices for scheduling, monitoring, tracking and execution of our projects as well as initiating, planning, and executing intermediate-to-large scale, cross functional, and company-wide critical programs.

Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare and present program and project status to key stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Identify, analyse, and mitigate risk exposure at all levels.
• Interact comfortably in one-to-one meetings with individual technical contributors, senior engineering leaders (technology and business).
• Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure success.
• Drive quarterly roadmap & resource planning activities and deliverables.
• Manage and maintain team backlogs and ensure forward project momentum.
• Lead efforts to resolve key project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Should have deployed IT solutions for at least 3+ clients
• Strong experience with software engineering practices.
• Mastery of planning and collaboration tools.
• Experience with web technologies a plus.
