Customer Experience Executive- Email/Chat

As our customer experience executive, you will play the primary role of helping our users with all their inquiries and problems via email and chat. It will engage our users and present them with the best customer service experience, which will directly influence the success of the business.

Responsibilities
Solve customer inquiries and issues through email / chat communication following the defined process.
Meet average response time along with productivity while ensuring you follow all quality parameters.
Make sure all SLAs are met with 100% customer satisfaction.
Act as a gatekeeper to the customer service process.
Work with the team leader to ensure the best customer service is provided and all customer inquiries / issues are resolved clearly and quickly.
Maintain SOP and MIS and share scope of improvement.

Requirements

More than 3 years of experience in email or chat processes.
Typing proficiency with an average typing speed greater than 35 words per minute with 100% accuracy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Willing to work weekends with weekday compensation.
Great ability to understand and empathize with the client's point of view.
Knowledge of rummy and other card games will be an added bonus.
