Culture and benefits at Yieldmo

Have you ever worked at a company in which the CEO has an open door policy, so much that he doesn't even have a door?! Well, this is just a microcosm of what it's like to work at Yieldmo. We encourage transparency, creativity, entrepreneurialism, and leading projects end to end. Our teams have daily stand-ups, weekly one on ones, and monthly company all hands meetings to catch everyone up. Yieldmo fosters growth, promotes internally, and provides learning stipends to every full time employee. What do people do in their spare time? Well, for starters, we do have some dogs that run around the office (those same dogs go home with their dog-moms and dog-dads at the end of the day). Some people participate in #sweatmo - a channel on Slack we've created to set up times to hit ClassPass together and work out - while others like to stay in and play fun board games.
