• Become an expert on Yext teams, roles, and GTM strategy.
• Work on business process optimization including systems design and integrations.

• Have advanced knowledge of our front-end web development technologies in order to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that our customers experience with our products (Answers, Pages and Knowledge Tags)
• Be an expert on each of our APIs, including our Knowledge, Live, and Administrative integration...

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally between Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams to define and deliver products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.

• Provide post-implementation technical and consultative support, that is prompt, friendly, and accurate, to our SMB, Partner, and Enterprise clients via email, phone, and chat
• Develop ticket management strategies and ensure adherence to the SLA

• Coordinate third party/vendor risk assessments on behalf of client(s); follow-up with resources on status of assigned tasks and drive towards completion
• Coordinate and drive to completion specific compliance tasks and projects in collaboration with Compliance team leadership

• Lead global accounting operations, including payroll, billing, collections, procurement, AP, technical accounting, revenue accounting, international accounting, and SEC reporting.
• Oversee and modernize systems and processes to stay ahead of technological advancements.

• Manage inbound Billing Operations requests and drive to completion
• Perform billing analysis and reconciliation between our billing and Admin systems
