Culture and benefits at Wert

Wert has offices in Estonia, Russia and USA. Although company was founded during the peak of COVID-19 lockdown and is currently remote-based, we prefer working from the office. Our team of 18 has members with diverse backgrounds and we use our experiences from different industries from finance to media to logistics to foster innovation and competition on the crypto market for good. We respect each others' uniqueness and identity, as we aim to be not just colleagues, but allies pursuing common goal.
