Weps is a fast growing Estonian startup, looking to change the way websites are built, so that literally anyone can build a website for themselves within a couple of minutes. We do this by utilising state of the art technologies and making the process of building a website extremely intuitive. In order to make the process of understanding what kind of website the user needs, we have built a messenger-like interface that delivers a chatting experience to the user building a website. With the help of the chatbot Weps learns what specific things the user needs in a website and builds it for them. We currently have 3 full-time co-founders (Jorma, Taavid and Juhan) and 4 part-time team members. The organizational structure is very flat and dynamic - so get used with constant changes and improvements. But this also gives you a lot of opportunities and freedom to grow in a field you love.
