I believe in building a partnership based on trust, not micromanagement. I’m a pretty loose guy—I don’t believe work schedules should be set in stone. As long as our customers are happy and we hit our agreed milestones, you have total flexibility. I bring a strong sense of humor to the job and I value that in a co-founder. We are building something massive, but we should enjoy the process. My goal is to create a workspace where we can be high-performers without losing the human element.
