Warmilu careers

1.5 million infants die from hypothermia, which increases risks of respiratory compromise, hypoglycemia, late onset sepsis, intraventricular hemorrhage, and death. Warmilu's nonelectric warming pack, the InstaWarmer, has a US-patented phase change materials composition. The pack generates long-lasting, reusable instant warmth with the click of a disk. The InstaWarmer in the IncuBlanket keeps infants warm for 5-8 hours. Warmilu's clinical trials in Bangalore, India at the Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital thermoregulated the body temperature for 20 infants. We demoed the IncuBlanket & InstaWarmer pre-launch to 80 Kenyan Ministry of Health officials, nonprofits, and hospitals and cleared FDA and Kenya Pharmacy and Poisons Board before selling IncuBlankets and InstaWarmers ($100-$125) to medical device distributors.
