Job title: Experienced eCommerce AI SaaS Sales Your Impact: You will help eCommerce sites transform their customer experience, improve their KPIs and help you and us grow financially. Your Opportunity: * Focus on new business generation with enterprise-level accounts. * Achieve targets and sell enterprise AI SaaS solutions in targeted verticals and develop relationships with C-level executives or eCommerce/Product leaders. * Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical partners to close deals. * Demonstrate resourcefulness in the face of challenges that defy easy solutions. * Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI. * Have an intuitive sense of the steps required to close business and gain customer validation. * Work at the edge of novel AI technology and customer data privacy Requirements: * Rolodex of strong relationships with purchase decision-makers at qualifying eCommerce sites you can close fast. * Have 4 or more years of experience working selling enterprise software to eCommerce enterprises (fast-paced environment + start-up experience is preferred). * Experience working selling SaaS to sales improvement decision-makers in eCommerce is a must! * Prove ability to close business soon * Proven successes in building pipelines * Successes in cold calling prospects (phone, email, linked, etc) * Strong tactical empathy abilities * Ability to label & mirror * Ability to close business * Ability to successfully manage multiple deals simultaneously * Strong people skills, easy connecter and networker * Demonstrate previous sales successes Compensation: * 70% commission on all revenue generated up to a ceiling (varies depending on region) and 20% after that. This means no politics: you know what you'll earn, always. * Equity an option if early strong successes are achieved and the pipeline is promising
