Velocity Axis is an MVA case acquisition company founded in 2025 in San Francisco. We run paid advertising campaigns for personal injury firms across the United States and deliver exclusive claimants under criteria agreed with each firm before launch.

Our flagship product is Signed Retainer Delivery. Our intake center qualifies each claimant live against the firm’s case criteria, presents the firm’s own representation agreement through DocuSign on its letterhead, and delivers the executed retainer and complete claimant record directly to the firm. The claimant is then transferred live to the firm during its stated intake hours.

We also offer Live Transfer and Claimant Delivery for firms that want greater control over intake and signing, along with Policy Limit Verification, Police Report Retrieval, and Legal Assistant and Paralegal Support.

Every firm receives its own campaign and qualification funnel. We do not use shared lead pools, round robin distribution, ping and post, or brokered claimant inventory. Every submitted phone number is verified by six-digit OTP, and every record carries documented consent through TrustedForm and Jornaya.

Campaign criteria can include case type, accident recency, injury severity, treatment, geography, fault, representation status, insurance coverage, and minimum policy limits. Those requirements are written into the firm’s order and form the basis of our replacement guarantee.
