Co-founders Alex (CEO) and Tennison (CTO) met in San Francisco and started building Truewind in November 2022. Alex is a 2x YC founder and ex venture capital investor. Tennison has spent 10+ years building software at Flexport, Pinterest, and Alibaba. At the time of this writing, we’re a small yet mighty team of 6 and we count 40+ venture-backed startups as our customers. All of them lean on us to handle their bookkeeping and finances. We’re building an in-person culture at a place we’ve grown to affectionally call Y Canopy. We’re located in the Financial District in San Francisco (a 5-min walk from the Montgomery St. BART station). The best part is the community. We share the Canopy Space 4th floor with 6 other YC startups; the energy is simply amazing. We believe building in-person is a 10x multiplier for the company and we hope you’ll join us in San Francisco.
