We work at both the strategic and operational level. This means:

- understanding what makes their association unique, and what their members need
- planning the tech needed to enable this
- implementing the tech: often a bespoke WordPress site; SheepCRM + other elements in our tech stack
- managing, maintaining and optimising their tech
