At a critical time when overwhelmed clinicians work within a firestorm of stressors, we introduce StressPal Frontline: Essential Resilience Self-Care and Burnout Prevention. Evidence-based StressPal Frontline is a confidential, accredited online medical education platform for innovative training in essential resilience self-care and supports cultures of wellness.

Hospitals, health systems and related healthcare facilities face systemwide challenges that lead to clinician burnout, turnover and shortages, while struggling to address growing patient safety concerns. In fact, a pre-pandemic study found that more than half of US physicians experience symptoms of burnout – a rate nearly double that of other professions. These indispensable health professionals need and deserve top quality, readily accessible support to maintain and build their individual resilience and ward off burnout. Generic, consumer stress relief apps are not effective for this population because they do not address the sustained challenges faced by frontline workers.

The program was built by a team of clinicians and health education experts, and is specifically designed for healthcare organizations to support clinician wellness, build resilient cultures and impact quality of care. StressPal Frontline’s B2B model provides dedicated team communities and white label branding, and can be offered through direct sales, channel partnerships and affiliate relationships.
