Opal days

Employees with continuous service of 4 years or more have the ability to take a further 5 days of leave per calendar year. Our employee handbook has the full details.

Summer fridays

During the summer months we are calling work over early! From 2pm you can take the rest of the day off and enjoy the extra sunshine hours as you wish. Our employee handbook has full details.

Hybrid working model

We work in the office together Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays. With the team all working in the office on the same days it provides a special opportunity to engage with the whole team, in person each week.
