Medius is a virtual health assistant, an AI-powered expert system trained by doctors to incorporate both context and clinical expertise to help triage patients to the right level of care. Just like a sympathetic human doctor, Medius conversational bot chats with the patient to understand their complete health profile and current complaints to determine the possible causes of their symptoms, and the most appropriate course of action.

But Medius doesn’t stop there – triage is just one stage of the patient’s journey. Medius helps the patient to undertake that course of action; and to assist them through the often complex activities beyond the doctor’s practice.
