Hello potential team members, I am a repeat founder having previously taken my last company of 32 employees through an M&A process involving 7 companies bidding to acquire us. However, having experienced first-hand the ridiculously outdated nature of running an M&A process in terms of its artificially created complexity by lawyers, time inefficiency and high cost I knew that my next vocation will involve building an end-to-end marketplace for startup acquisitions. Our platform will seamlessly connect profitable internet startups (e.g. Saas companies) to acquirers as well as vetted 3rd party service providers such as lawyers and tax experts.a We have secured one of the largest pre-seed funding rounds in our wider market (£1.3 million) which includes highly experienced VCs and angel investors who have built companies worth in upwards of £1 billion. We are looking to hire 7 incredible employees over the next 4 months in areas of product development/ software engineering, marketing and business development. Thank you
