Our website based business is a 3 sided marketplace where sellers (startups), buyers (e.g. micro private equity companies and high networth individuals) as well as 3rd party service providers (e.g. lawyers) can all connect with one another. The objective of these 3 customers are to initiate contact and process acquisitions in a cost effective and efficient manner.
The current alternative is using a traditional broker or m&a advisory firm which can easily be 3 to 5x more expensive than our pricing.

We are also having a 'resources' page of the website where buyers and sellers can go to find all of the information that they need to learn how to navigate what is otherwise a traditionally complex process. This is where we will show educational podcasts, tutorials, blogs and FAQs.
