Jobs at SoMerch

SoMerch is building the infrastructure behind modern company merchandise across Europe. We combine software, production, logistics, and customer success into a single platform and service. As we grow, we're looking for people who enjoy solving real operational challenges and building products that customers use every day. We value ownership, curiosity, and a willingness to take responsibility beyond a single job description. Whether you're working in engineering, operations, sales, customer success, or logistics, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes, influence decisions, and make a visible impact. We're particularly interested in people who enjoy building from the ground up, working directly with customers, and turning complex workflows into simple, scalable solutions.
