And light pollution from LED-based digital signs has reduced the quality of life for nearby residents - not everyone wants to live in Las Vegas or Times Square.

But businesses and brands need signs to communicate with consumers, and city governments need signs to communicate with residents. Solchroma displays are reflective, they work with sunlight not against it to produce images in vivid color while consuming less than 1% the energy of LED displays.
