Monaeo uses data analytics to help businesses and their traveling employees make smart decisions.

More than 50 million employees around the world travel extensively for work each year; this travel comes at a significant personal cost e.g., being away from spouse and kids. As if that wasn’t enough, companies demand these traveling employees to report mundane things like time, activities, taxes, expenses etc. that result from these travels. But, most of these companies provide ancient employee-facing tools (like timesheets from Lotus Notes and Oracle) to report this information. Monaeo wants to change that. We are building tools for traveling employees that bring the same consumer-like experience that they are used to in their personal lives. We are using location data to re-imagine the way tools are built for traveling employees have when they are on the road, and back in the office. Our first application addresses the massive $10b tax space.
