At Slope, we follow the Techstars code of conduct and Give First mentality. We have a laid back, work hard/play hard environment and try to balance the aspects of a fast-paced startup with the rest of our lives, attempting to achieve a good work-life balance, when possible. One of our founders has 2 children and tries to spend as much time with them as he can. We also enjoy being active in our spare time and have employees that do anything from disc-golf to powerlifting.
