• We receive thousands of inbound leads through our free product, and many of them don’t yet know the value our marketing intelligence product can bring to their company.
• As an MIR, you will be the first touchpoint for these new prospects, proving to them the value of Similarweb by sharing relevant insights from our data.

• Build a deep understanding of the business logic behind our metrics, and encode it into model assumptions, features, and validation rules.
• Design, build, and sometimes productionize models that estimate ad intelligence metrics.

• The CSM is in the front line, bringing our SaaS platform to life for the client
• The CSM is the one who helps position themselves and Similarweb in the face of the client, as an extension to their own company.

• Own the end-to-end revenue model: forecasting, headcount planning, quota/target setting, bookings, churn/retention, and GTM performance tracking.
• Lead the build-out of AI-driven analytics for Similarweb's GTM — intelligent forecasting, automated reporting, and scalable insight generation.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively position our solutions
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Development teams to create and execute effective sales programs

• Design and build scalable, maintainable backend services using NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript) and/or Python
• Own API design, contracts, and versioning across services

• Lead complex user flows with ownership over the design for top to bottom-of-the-funnel user experience.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement data-driven solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience that drive growth.

• Develop and implement our brand identity, tone of voice, and design strategy through marketing channels, events, reports, data visualization, Social media, posts, etc, by using illustration, infographics, image-making, typography, and motion graphics.
• Implement AI tools in design workflows to elevate quality and productivity.

• ETL & Data Processing: Develop and maintain ETL processes, integrating data from various sources (APIs, databases, external platforms) using Python, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Utilize LangGraph and other frameworks to create state of the art AI agents that integrate various tools and data sources.

• Has 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
• Brings strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and support to achieve exceptional results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Revenue Expansion & Cross-Sell

Own and grow a named Book of Business, with primary accountability for net new expansion ARR through upsell and cross-sell
Proactively identify and close opportunities to introduce Similarweb’s data products -including Data-as-a-Service offerings -to new buying centres within existing accounts
Build multi-threaded relationships across Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Strategy teams within each account, establishing Similarweb as a mission-critical intelligence layer across the organisation
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from discovery through to commercial close, navigating large enterprise procurement processes with confidence

• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to turn data into insights.
• Conduct research and develop tools that will ensure the quality of Similarweb’s data and algorithms.

• Owning customer support operations across multiple B2C products by governing our outsourced support partner, defining KPIs, and continuously improving the customer experience.
• Designing, building, and optimizing AI copilots, prompt libraries, AI workflows, and no-code automations that improve customer support and operational efficiency.

• Conducting sales development best practices with cold calling, email, voicemails, and social media using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
• Utilizing prospecting and research tools to qualify accounts and create meeting opportunities with ideal personas.
