We are a team that works closely with each other. Despite the fact we are working with finance, we are a transparent and motivating team that embraces tech company culture. All employees can work from home or any place where they have a stable internet connection and access to a computer. We conduct meetings daily. However, as we work with a multitude of clients and partners employees are expected to be available to accommodate for the time differences when external meetings or deadlines are present.
