The leadership team comprises of a diverse panel of advisors - globally leading BFSI, Retail, Healthcare & Technology Industry SMEs, Organization Psychologists, Researchers, Academicians & Design Thinking Faculties. Joanna, our Chief Strategy and Growth Office Advisor, is a retail, CPG, FMCG industry veteran. She started her career as a researcher with Nielsen and has worked closely with global retailers. Learning from evolving customer behavior and driving customer centricity is her passion. Gerard, our Chief Platform Architect, is an engineering major who relishes in architecting the next. He has been responsible for innovative and autonomous product development for Oracle, IBM, and technology enterprises. Investing and learning from evolving technologies Gerard drives autonomous design engineering capabilities of Athena. In addition to the co-founders, we have frozen the Chief Data Scientist position with a PHD in Mathematics, who has contributed to over 20 patents in his career. He will be responsible for leading and driving TRINITI, actively growing the innovation frontiers of Athena. We are presently building our Growth Office, interviewing potential candidates in the US for VP Sales - to drive business development and forge strategic alliances, to own and deliver on the GTM strategy, and build meaningful early adopter client relationships.
