Resonant IQ is conversational intelligence and QA for customer-facing teams, human and AI. It reviews every conversation, whether a person or an AI agent handled it, and turns it into account-level signals instead of ticket-level scores. Teams see what's actually happening inside each account, where quality is slipping, and where to act first.

We built it for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and spot checks but don't need a heavyweight enterprise platform. It's tool-agnostic, so teams connect the channels they already use without changing how they work.

We're an early-stage, remote team: two co-founders working alongside a GTM advisor. We're building go-to-market from scratch, and the first people who join will shape how the company sells, grows, and works.
