• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial

Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritizing inquiries and requests, adjusting conflicts, and making recommendations to ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support the CEO’s calendar, including preparing agendas and materials, partnering with other EAs to coordinate and prioritize meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining contact lists.
At times, handle personal tasks and responsibilities for the CEO, including managing personal appointments with discretion and confidentiality.
