We offer a 401k plan with employer matching of 50% for the first 8% of your salary. Vesting begins immediately, and there is no waiting period.

Rest & r^ charge

A R^charge is a sabbatical of 6 consecutive weeks of paid leave, plus a stipend for you to use as you enjoy your time away. Each full-time R^ is eligible for a R^charge at their 5-year anniversary and each subsequently completed 5 years.
