QM Scientific (QMS) enables retailers and media enterprises to provide an engaging customer journey through AI-powered experiences including voice or text-based product discovery, personalized shopping assistants and expert product recommendations.

Customers provide the platform with transaction, event and product catalog data while QMS combines this with it's own proprietary data and domain-specific AI models to quickly train, scale and deploy specialized and personalized assistants. Customers can then deploy shopping assistants across any device (in-home, online, or in-store) and any platform such as Google Assistant, Alexa or Facebook Messenger.
