I am a critical care and rapid response nurse who has spent years at the bedside during 3 AM patient crises, where monitoring systems and hospital tech were supposed to save lives, but too often failed. Those failures were not theoretical. They were real people, real harm, and preventable losses I witnessed firsthand.

PRISMqd is being built to change that. It is a crisis-first predictive monitoring ecosystem that uses biosensors and AI to detect patient deterioration hours earlier. The goal is simple: give frontline clinicians time, and prevent avoidable deaths.
