We are an early-stage startup, hiring the best ambitious out-of-box entrepreneurial employees. Most of the previous startups we cofound (in Berlin, Shanghai, and Riyadh) have a mix of entrepreneurial and young smart people. Winning is as important as how we win, our cultural values should reflect who we are now and in the future 1. Customer obsession is the minimum, changing unloved to loved experience is for them not for us. 2. Dare to be different, don´t be afraid of experiments, passionate discussion or try crazy ideas. Innovation is different for everyone. 3. Act with short-term urgency, thinking in the long term. Shortcuts helped nobody to build something great. 4. Raise the bar and behave as a family, expect excellence and beyond but remember that we are all in the same boat
