Our founding team built Origin to help companies support their employees with cutting edge financial benefits that improve recruiting, retention and the employee experience. After working in the financial industry for years, our team got tired of seeing people struggle to manage their finances. Given the complexity in managing savings, retirement, debt, and insurance, it’s no surprise that finances are the number one employee stressor. We knew we could fix these problems, but we’d have to take a different approach. We’d have to combine technology and finance in a way that hadn’t been done. Origin was born. We’re the first financial company that works exclusively with employers to help their employees take control of their financial lives.
