OrgLynx is a SaaS solution including a mobile app and online platform designed to provide customizable programs for customers to engage their employees. OrgLynx offers two specific programs. The first is called our Ascent Program that is designed to engage new employees coming into an organization where they would complete challenges that acclimate them to their new workplace and co-workers. The second is called our Peak Program that is designed to gamify the employee experience to promote a positive workplace culture and engage employees throughout the year. Additionally, OrgLynx provides real-time analytics, reports and data to showcase impactful ROI of the program.
