Senior Software Engineer

Location: Northampton, MA (Hybrid)

This position requires working onsite at our Northampton office 2–3 days per week. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

About the role

You’ll be joining our Northampton MA-based development team, using the latest AI coding tools to build GTM products that connect our clients to their customers. As the technical delivery lead, you'll help set a culture where speed and quality go together: we move fast with agentic tools and hold a high bar on everything we ship. You'll take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear plans, working across product features, custom work for our clients, internal tooling, and the infrastructure underneath. On a small team, you'll have real say in what we build and how.

What you'll do

• Use agentic coding tools to move quickly and review their output critically
• Be the technical leader for product delivery
• Build and ship features for our core products
• Collaborate with our sales team to build custom features for customers
• Improve our development processes and tooling, including our agentic coding setup and ops environment
• Mentor junior members of the team
• Keep up to date with what’s new in AI and bring interesting ideas to the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience; a Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
• Strong in Python or TypeScript
• Regular use of at least one of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and the ability to critically analyze their output
• Excellent problem-solving/critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively in a remote team environment
• You'd rather work at a small company, with less process and more say in what gets built

Nice to have

• MongoDB, FastAPI, Vercel, Railway, Clerk
• Familiarity with marketing and GTM
